About Nicole
Together we will deepen the understanding of your current life reality and integrate the best approaches to give you the skills and insights you need to thrive. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, supportive and client centred.

Therapeutic interventions used are guided by evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy.

Areas of support: trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress/burnout, emotional regulation, neurodivergence (ADHD) including confirmed diagnosis and/or self-identifying individuals
